This was an interior remodel of hotel guest rooms, guest bath, room corridors, and public restrooms. It included removal of existing finishes, replacing light fixtures, and new finishes. Some of the selections included new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, artwork, and plumbing fixtures.

Attempting to achieve an atmosphere of classic comfort, warm tones and clean lines were utilized throughout the spaces. The traditional headboard was replaced with one more modern and linear, constructed of wood and leather. A custom carpet was designed for the corridors, pulling colors from the new wallcoverings to create a tonal pattern.
