Fassler Hall is a German-inspired modern beer hall with 3 locations currently in Arkansas and Oklahoma. They were looking to expand into St. Louis and potentially lease a space in The City Foundry. Their overall style was to resemble a modern industrial beer hall, with large rough-hewn communal tables in the main dining area lit by draped string lights. Banquette seating and lounge chairs occupied 3 smaller private dining rooms off the entrance. Soft seating and smaller tables, as well as an additional wet bar, would line the mezzanine leading up to the second level, which was to host a third bar and a selection of games. This is also where a variety of outdoor seating would be available.
