This is a complete renovation of both the interior and exterior of the existing country club, including ballrooms, dining rooms, club and locker rooms, as well as the pool and pool restrooms. The floor plan has been reorganized and opened up to be more efficient, and updated finishes have been selected to bring both the interior and exterior of the space into the modern age.

The first phase of this project, featuring the pool, pool deck, and surrounding furniture was completed in the summer of 2024, while the second phase, featuring the main clubhouse, is expected to be completed in 2025.
