Piada Italian Street Food is a fast casual Italian cuisine restaurant chain. R|5 was highly involved and worked closely with the Piada Italian Street Food Corporate Office in preparing the initial concept kitchen and seating designs for each location.

We helped continue Piada’s development as they expanded into additional markets, including Texas, Minnesota, and Kentucky. We also worked to develop their existing markets in Ohio and Michigan. This included collaborating with their kitchen equipment suppliers, hood and make-up air vendors, kitchen efficiency, space, and motion studies, and reviewing systems and layout for the subject site conditions.
