'Sardella' is an ancient Italian sauce that served as inspiration for our space and our cuisine. Drawing cues from the Mediterranean, the 2,000 SF interior is warm and inviting, a lively room which is demonstrated through the marriage of modern and traditional design language. The space is designed to both support function and to stimulate the patron’s sensory and aesthetic sensibilities.

Use of color, such as random patterns of blue and white tile, is not merely an aesthetic tool, but also an emotional one, calling back to traditional Mediterranean motifs. Other notable elements include custom designed aged brass lighting & display shelving, and an oak and glass diorama filled with preserved flora greeting patrons at the entry. Simple, rustic inspired seating, custom oak dining tables and timeless, marble bistro tables anchor the open dining room. Additionally, an oak and marigold leather banquette provides an intimate dining venue. Wood, stone, antique brass mirrors and steel accentuates the bar and bakery areas.
