Ground-up development of a 77,000 SF Dierbergs supermarket with 18,000 SF of adjoining retail/restaurant developments.

Reviewed and adjusted floor plans for client’s portfolio of stores across the country to ensure each one complies with federal ADA guidelines in a short amount of time. Provided project management for 3 national General Contractors to ensure the project stayed on schedule and the necessary requirements were met for each store. About 500 stores were evaluated and completed within one year.

CRESTWOOD, MO
Participated in the site and exterior design of a new location of the Katie's Pizza & Pasta restaurant at Crestwood Crossing. Produced 3D renderings for design development and marketing purposes.
SPARK BY HILTON
BRANSON, MO
Participated in the redesign of existing hotel lobby/reception, to-go market, breakfast area, and elevator lobby in collaboration with Hilton design team using Hilton Spark standard colors and finishes.
INTERIOR INVESTMENTS*

Provided design services for each client with DIRTT wall system. Projects ranged from small bank buildings with only a few glass office fronts, to the Stifel building in downtown St. Louis, MO which is being remodeled floor by floor using DIRTT products including DIRTT glass and solid walls, DIRTT power & networks, and integrated-in-wall technology. This job required a full functional understanding of how each DIRTT product worked individually and togther.

Managed multiple individual branch offices starting with survey reviews through design approval, then handled construction bidding/bid review phase and bid award. Aided over 400 financial advisors in remodeling, expanding, or starting a new branch office. The design for each space was based on strict design standards set by the client.
